Virtual Conferences

Teacher Conferences are Virtual! Please keep a lookout in the weekly emails from communications@gchs.nyc for hte most updated information about Parent-Teacher Conferences

 

Conferences will be held virtually on Zoom. Teachers will be meeting with parents/guardians/students together as a grade team. Therefore, to schedule a conference with your child's teachers, please click your child's grade level below:​

  • If your child has classes across multiple grades, you may schedule with more than one grade.

  • If there are no times available, there are instructions on the scheduling page on how to email the grade team teacher leader so they can schedule a time.

  • If you have more than one child at GCHS, conferences should be scheduled separately for each child.

Once you schedule, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain the Zoom link for accessing the virtual conference. You will also receive a text message reminder with the Zoom link 30 minutes before your scheduled time. You may access the conference using Zoom video conferencing or by calling in from your phone.

If you would like to make an appointment with your child's counselor or speech teacher during Conferences, please reach out to them via email.
